Pages For You

In a few days I will be starting a new adventure and driving 1200 miles to a place I've never been. My Andrew Handsome Pants awaits me, and I am eager to be there. I will be so happy when everything is packed, stored, or given away. How is it possible to accumulate so many items? Where did all these clothes that I never wear come from? All these cds I think I should keep even though they are stored on my hard drive, the mismatched socks I hold onto in case their mates comes back for them, candles, books, dvds. All these necassaries that I surround myself with, where did they come from, and where do they go now?

Andrew and I will live together for the first time. We are entering super adulthood. We will only have one another, no family, no friends. It is thrilling! We will be hours from Mexico, Las Vegas, Los Angeles. Our housemates will be giant Scolopendra Heros.

Mom and I will be making a pit-stop in Vegas for one last weekend with my girlfriends, Tash, Laurbot, and Jenn. We've got tickets to Zumanity, I've been wanting to see it for a year, and Andrew is flying up to come as well. There is so much living to do in the next few months. How often do you get to be in a new city with the man you love, living rent free, where exploration is an everyday occurance?
