I think I mentioned that I had started a new Fitness plan, and I hate to write a didactic blog, but I am IN LOVE with this plan! There is also a blog to follow on those days when you feel like you just can't drag your butt to the gym. You can read it here. It has some wit, some struggle, some inspiration. I like it a lot. Also there is just a ton of good info at Womenshealthmag.com. Anything from eating tips, to exercises for your body shape, to sex and relationship stuff.
I dig it.
